Pepper Garlic Chicken

A real winner of a recipe! The only thing I changed was I sprinkled some crushed red pepper towards the end.
And oh yes…it’s all about the pepper and garlic, so be generous with those two!!!

Ingredients-
Chicken – 4 lb
Pepper corns – 2 table spoons ( yes, 2 tbsp ). Crush coarsely
Garlic cloves – 25 ( yes, again)- Crush coarsely
Salt to taste
Curry leaves – 25
Oil – 3 table spoons
Turmeric- 1 tea spoon
Preparation-
1. In heavy bottommed frying pan, take oil and when the oil is hot add curry leaves and chicken. In high flame, cook chicken for 10 min till the color of chicken changes.
2. Add salt and turmeric. Cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add crushed pepper and garlic to chicken. Cook it on medium flame for another 10 minutes or till chicken is completely cooked. It’s done.
Garnish with coriander.
